How working with me goes
- Book a free estimate. One call or click, and I come out to see it myself.
- I inspect and design the fix. No sales pitch — I tell you what’s actually going on and what I’d do about it.
- Installation. For waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space work, I personally inspect and design the fix, then a licensed & insured certified Basement Systems dealer crew installs it. For H2 Shield, you buy the system directly from me and H2 Shield’s certified installers put it in — I stay your point of contact throughout.
Free estimate vs. paid inspection
An estimate is free — you’ve got a problem, I come out, diagnose it, and quote the fix. A written inspection report is different: if you need documented findings for a home purchase, due diligence, or your records — with no repair planned — that’s a paid foundation & basement inspection.
