Tell Me What You’re Seeing

Water on the floor after it rains, a crack that’s wider than last year, a crawl space that smells like a problem, or tap water you don’t trust — I want to hear it in your words first. One call gets you me or my assistant Ara — one point of contact from diagnosis to done.

How working with me goes

  1. Book a free estimate. One call or click, and I come out to see it myself.
  2. I inspect and design the fix. No sales pitch — I tell you what’s actually going on and what I’d do about it.
  3. Installation. For waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space work, I personally inspect and design the fix, then a licensed & insured certified Basement Systems dealer crew installs it. For H2 Shield, you buy the system directly from me and H2 Shield’s certified installers put it in — I stay your point of contact throughout.

Free estimate vs. paid inspection

An estimate is free — you’ve got a problem, I come out, diagnose it, and quote the fix. A written inspection report is different: if you need documented findings for a home purchase, due diligence, or your records — with no repair planned — that’s a paid foundation & basement inspection. Not sure which you need? Ask me when you reach out and I’ll tell you straight before we book anything.
