You make the introduction. I handle everything else — and you earn 1% when the job closes.
Know a homeowner with a wet basement, a foundation crack, or a crawl space problem? Send them my way. I inspect personally, handle the sale and the work through licensed & insured certified production teams, and when the project closes you earn 1% of the total job value as a thank-you. A $20,000 job pays you $200 — for one introduction.
How it works

- You get paid. When the job closes, you earn 1% of the total job value.

When do I get paid?
When the project closes and is paid for, I cut your 1% referral commission. I’ll keep you posted on where your referral stands.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No — refer as many homeowners as you like. Each closed job pays 1% of its total value.
What if they don’t book?
No pressure, no spam. If it’s not a fit, I tell them honestly and nobody gets hassled. You only earn when a job actually closes.
Who does the work?
I personally inspect and design every fix; licensed & insured certified production teams handle installation. Your referral is in good hands — my name is on every job.
