I met with Stone to correct my basement flooding issues. He was very thorough — he spoke my language and explained every detail. He showed me how my heat was escaping and even found mold I didn’t know was mold. We went over all the different ways to fix my basement mold and flooding, and he came up with the best solution to fix everything and purify the basement air — and my upstairs air — at the same time. He even went outside to outline where the system would go so it wouldn’t interfere with my pool and patio. I would highly recommend meeting with Stone for a basement inspection on any issue.

We found out about some damage to one of our basement walls from water damage and had The Basement Transformer come to inspect the situation and give us a quote. Stone came by and gave us an amazing and in depth breakdown of what we were seeing and potential solutions. Towards the end of the inspection we got our quote and went ahead with a plan to stabilize our wall and scheduled an appointment. We also discussed plans for future waterproofing to fully treat the issues in the basement. The inspection was very thorough and left me with many notes on how to avoid future issues as well as notes for future renovations. 5 Stars will definitely work with the Basement Transformer again.
